Welcome to the Joe Russo State Farm Insurance Office. We are your local Charles Town State Farm team here to help all of West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania with Insurance! Although I grew up in Western Pennsylvania, I am a proud West Virginian by choice! I am an alumnus of Robert Morris University; I graduated in with my Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.

State Farm’s mission and vision align very closely with my personal beliefs. The opportunity to cover and grow the assets of our customers is our agency’s driving force. The Russo Agency will strive to earn the opportunity to be our customers’ partner on their path to financial success! I love the close-knit communities of the Eastern Panhandle and the residents that call it home. As President John F. As for outside of the office, my wife Lindsay and I have been married since 2011. Together we have three boys, Zade is 10 and we have 7-year-old twins, Axyl, and Wylder. Our home is full of lots of enthusiasm! We also have two hound dogs named Belle, and Cooper. We like to remain active in our community and are members of Centerpoint Bible Church! As for hobbies, I love to participate in sports with my boys, camping, biking, hiking, fishing, anything outdoors, and football.
